The Association

The Taxes

Base tax rates (ad valorem %) will be approximately 1.08%.

The School District

Residents are served by the Anaheim Union & Savannah School Districts. Although school assignments are subject to change, the anticipated schools for this community are: Twila Reid Elementary (K-6), Orangeview Junior High School (7-8) and Western High School (9-12).
